Founder story

Karim Recruitment & Advisory was founded on a simple belief: hiring well is a skill that can be learned, measured and done with care.

Our founder trained in psychology with a focus on assessment, then built her career in banking and recruitment in Luxembourg, working with international financial institutions and professionals across Europe.

She brought that experience to Dubai to create a firm that combines the standards of top international recruiters with a more personal, specialist approach — focused on finance, technology and legal talent.
