The role
A premium property developer is looking for an in-house Legal Counsel to support sales, leasing and contractor agreements, and to work with RERA and the Dubai Land Department.
Responsibilities
- Draft and review SPAs, leases and contractor agreements
- Advise on RERA and DLD regulations
- Manage external counsel
- Support dispute resolution
Requirements
- Law degree and qualification in a recognised jurisdiction
- 4+ years of real estate or construction law
- UAE experience required
- Arabic is a strong advantage
